<p><em>This is a good time, not only to work on critical thinking skills, but to learn to apply them to our faith.  Teach children the importance of knowing the Word, how to weigh other thoughts, comments, theories, and writings against the Word, and how to defend their faith.  Discuss faithfulness vs. unfaithfulness and the recognition of false teachings.  There is plenty in this text to demonstrate the importance of these things.</em></p>
